Meaningful Metals:
A series of commissions that is ongoing and extremely exciting. I have been working with a woman to create boxes and keepsake items for members of her family. Using the stones and costume jewelry pieces from her mother’s unique collection, I am creating pieces that her family can treasure and keep the mother’s memory close, something that would be harder to do if the jewelry was kept in a drawer or given away.
